Associate | Civil Litigation | 5–7 Years PQE

An excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded mid-tier CBD firm, working closely with two experienced Litigation Partners in a genuinely collaborative and supportive team.

This is a broad civil litigation role offering the opportunity to take ownership of your own matters, mentor junior lawyers, and gain excellent court exposure across a diverse range of disputes.

The Opportunity
  • Manage your own files with a high level of autonomy
  • Work closely with two respected Litigation Partners
  • Mentor and develop junior lawyers
  • Excellent court exposure and advocacy opportunities

  • Broad practice including contractual disputes, insolvency, property disputes, construction litigation and negligence claims
About You
  • 5–7 years' PQE in civil litigation
  • Confident managing your own files from start to finish
  • Strong court experience
  • Enjoy mentoring and supporting junior lawyers
  • Commercial, pragmatic approach and excellent client relationship skills
