An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a well regarded mid-tier CBD firm in their Family Law team. Supporting a high performing and friendly team, this role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary with strong disputes experience and/or family law experience.

The team is seeking someone organised, proactive and able to work autonomously, assisting with a range of secretarial and administrative duties in a busy practice.

The Role:
  • Supporting a high performing Family Law team
  • Well regarded mid-tier CBD firm

  • Preparing bundles and legal documents
  • General secretarial and administrative duties
  • Drafting legal documents, affidavits, and client correspondence 
  • Month end billings and some dictation as needed
The Requirements:
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Family law and/or strong disputes experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
