An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Solicitor to join the Litigation team of a well regarded mid-tier CBD firm.

This role would suit a lawyer with experience in construction/building disputes and/or insurance litigation who is looking to further develop their advocacy skills within a supportive and highly regarded team environment.

You will work across a broad range of complex and interesting matters including commercial disputes, professional liability, construction disputes and regulatory matters. The role offers regular exposure to Court appearances, client contact and hands-on responsibility.
The Role:
  • Construction and insurance litigation
  • Commercial, civil and regulatory disputes
  • Professional liability matters
  • Regular appearances in the District Court and High Court

The Requirements:
  • 4+ years’ PQE
  • Solid disputes background
  • Experience in building disputes and/or insurance litigation
  • Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Court experience preferred
