Corporate & Commercial Senior Solicitor to Senior Associate

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor with 3-10 years' PQE to join a growing and well-regarded commercial team as a Senior or Senior Associate.  This firm has an excellent culture, good flexibility and the opportunity to work on a diverse range of work.  Working alongside experienced partners, you will advise a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

The role:
  • M&A, business sales and acquisitions, corporate structuring and governance, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts and general corporate advisory matters

The requirements:
  • 3-10 years' PQE in corporate and commercial law
  • Strong experience advising on M&A transactions
