Fancy a role where you can utilise your legal skills but not billing, more flexibility and a collaborative supportive team environment?  This role would suit a lawyer wanting to move out of private practice, someone returning to work or from overseas.  This role involves organising and running meetings and events, liaising with professionals within the legal profession and keeping up to date with developments in the law.

The Role:
  • Co-ordinating meetings and providing administrative support to a designated portfolio
  • Liaise with external stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide advice and recommendations on policy and operations
  • Keep up to date with legislative changes and case law developments
  • Act as a key stakeholder with events organisation and management
  • End to end management of projects

The Requirements:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in law
  • At least 3-5 years’ relevant PQE
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and concern for high quality outcomes
  • Customer focused
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
