About Louise
Louise is the Founder and Managing Director of Altitude Recruitment, a specialist legal recruitment firm operating across New Zealand.
With ten years’ experience in legal recruitment, she has partnered with top tier, mid tier, boutique and in house legal teams, with a particular focus on Senior to Partner level appointments.
Since launching Altitude Recruitment in 2021, Louise has been recognised consistently at industry level, winning the NZ Lawyer Service Provider Award three consecutive years, alongside Sourcr Awards for Best Legal Recruiter and Best Legal Agency.
