An opportunity to join a well established and long standing mid-tier firm in the CBD in their well regarded corporate/commercial team.  They are seeking a lawyer with 2 years plus of post qualified experience to join their collaborative and supportive team, where you will get hands on mentorship and development to progress your career.

The role:
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Commercial contracts and general advisory work
  • Business structuring and shareholder arrangements
The requirements:

2 years plus experience in corporate/commercial law
Good academics
Desire to progress your career in a supportive team
