An excellent opportunity has arisen for a 3 to 6 year PQE Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join a well regarded mid tier firm with a strong presence in insurance and commercial litigation.

This firm is known for its collaborative culture, high quality work and supportive leadership team. You will be joining an experienced litigation practice acting for major insurers and corporate clients across a range of complex matters.

The Role

You will work on a broad mix of insurance and litigation matters, including:

• Professional indemnity claims
• Construction related disputes
• General liability claims
• Complex coverage and policy interpretation matters
• Alternative dispute resolution
• Court proceedings at various levels
• Advisory work for insurer clients

This is an opportunity to take ownership of files while working closely with approachable and highly experienced Partners. There is strong mentoring in place, along with genuine progression opportunities for lawyers looking to step up into more senior responsibility.

The Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years PQE in litigation
• Insurance litigation experience preferred
• Strong drafting and advocacy capability
• Confident managing files with appropriate supervision
• Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
• Motivated to grow within a respected firm

This role would suit a litigation lawyer looking to deepen their insurance expertise within a stable, high performing team where development and progression are prioritised.
