A well-regarded New Zealand private practice firm is seeking a Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join its growing Property team.

This is a genuine partnership-track opportunity within a commercially focused practice advising on complex commercial property matters, including significant developments, acquisitions and disposals, and strategic portfolio advisory work.
You will be joining an established Property Partner with a strong reputation in the market and a consistent pipeline of quality work across developers, investors and commercial entities.

This role would suit a commercially minded Property lawyer who is thinking beyond execution and toward autonomy, client ownership and long-term progression.

The Requirements:

• 8+ years PQE - Senior Associate or Salaried Partner
• Strong private practice Property experience across commercial transactions and advisory work
• Evidence of managing client relationships and contributing to business development
• Commercial mindset with interest in growing and shaping a practice
• Partnership ambition or existing Partner capability
